Turn a busy day into a clear plan.

T2Do is a time-blocking to-do list that puts scheduled tasks on a live timeline, keeps overdue work impossible to ignore, and folds your device calendars into the same view.

The Mac download requires macOS 15 on Apple silicon.

Overdue focus

Overdue work never
gets to hide.

Most apps bury yesterday's tasks under today's. T2Do pins them to the top of your day, in a colour you can't scroll past, until they're done or rescheduled. The moment you finish one, it slides away and the count drops.

  • Overdue section always sits first, with a live count
  • Repeating tasks roll forward the second you tick them
  • Open a task to change its due date or time block

Everything a day needs

Small details, big calm.

Due dates

Give a task a due date, or leave it date-only and flexible. Anything past due stays in view until you deal with it.

Time blocks

When you want to schedule the work, block 25 minutes or 3 hours. Blocks stack side by side when they overlap, exactly like a calendar.

Your calendars, together

Tap an event to open Apple’s event screen to edit or delete it there. See free time between blocks, swipe to change day, and view overlapping tasks and events side by side. T2Do never changes your events on its own.

Projects & colours

Group work into colour-coded projects. A slim stripe on every row tells you what belongs where at a glance.

Tags, flags, subtasks

Tag across projects, flag what matters most, and break big work into subtasks you can check off from the list, task view, or editor.

Notifications that matter

Choose a due-date reminder or a heads-up before a time block. Enable notifications to receive your reminders.

Search & smart lists

Search task titles and notes, or narrow your view to Today, Upcoming, Flagged, Completed, and tasks without a date.

Home-screen widgets

On iPhone and iPad, Focus, Today, and Upcoming widgets keep your next move visible without opening the app.

Places & people

On iPhone and iPad: Apple Maps suggestions while you type, a map preview, and Open in Maps. Add contacts from the system picker, then Call, FaceTime, or start a group iMessage.

Shortcuts

On iPhone and iPad, add and manage tasks from the Shortcuts app so capture fits the workflows you already run.

Smart Capture

On iPhone and iPad with Apple Intelligence, turn a sentence into a task. Everywhere else, quick-add works as usual.

Places & people · iPhone and iPad

Places and people stay with the task.

Attach what you need for the work itself: where to go and who to loop in. Maps suggestions appear while you type; open a map preview or jump to Open in Maps. Add people from the system contact picker, then Call, FaceTime, or start a group iMessage for two or more. T2Do does not ask for blanket Contacts access.

  • System contact picker with Call and FaceTime
  • Group iMessage when two or more people are on the task

Your calendars. Your choice.

Already on your device.
Now beside your tasks.

Use calendars synced with Apple Calendar—including iCloud, Google, and Outlook—without signing in to those services inside T2Do.

  1. Connect in Settings. Allow Full Access when iOS or macOS asks. T2Do reads events and, on iPhone and iPad, can open Apple’s event editor when you tap one. On Mac, click an event to see its details and edit it in the Calendar app, and add new events from the Calendar tab. T2Do never edits or deletes events on its own.
  2. Choose your calendars. Select only the calendars you want to see. No calendars are selected automatically.
  3. See the day together. View selected events beside your time blocks. Change your selection or disconnect whenever you like.

Calendar access lives in Settings, next to iCloud sync, projects, and tags. No T2Do account required. See everything in Settings →

Don't see your Google or Outlook calendar?

First add the account to Apple Calendar in your device settings and enable calendar syncing. Installing the Google Calendar or Outlook app alone does not make its calendars available to T2Do.

Settings

The same settings, shaped for each device.

iPhone and iPad keep Settings in a tab. The Mac opens it in its own window (⌘,) as a flat two-column grid. Either way, the essentials sit in one place: iCloud, calendars, projects, tags, and appearance.

  • iCloud at a glance. See whether sync is on, when it last ran, or the last sync error in plain words. If you’re signed out, a button takes you to the right system settings.
  • Folding sections on iPhone and iPad. Collapse iCloud Sync, Device Calendars, Organize, Data, and About; T2Do remembers each. Data and About start folded, and an info button holds the help text.
  • Appearance. Choose System, Light, or Dark.
  • Mac extras. Open at login so reminders keep coming from the menu bar, and AI tools — off by default, with a read-only option — so tools like Claude and Codex can use T2Do only if you allow it.

Capture & Shortcuts

Capture work the moment it shows up.

Quick-add keeps everyday capture fast on every device. On iPhone and iPad, Shortcuts let you add and manage tasks from the workflows you already use, and Smart Capture uses Apple Intelligence where it's supported.

  • Quick-add a task, then flesh out details when you need them
  • Add and manage tasks from the Shortcuts app (iPhone and iPad)
  • Smart Capture on iPhone and iPad with Apple Intelligence

Private iCloud sync

Add it on your phone.
Finish it on your Mac.

Keep tasks on your device and sync them through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available. iPhone, iPad and the Mac app all use it, so the same Apple Account shows the same tasks everywhere. There is no separate T2Do account to create.

  • Same tasks on iPhone, iPad and Mac, synced by Apple's CloudKit
  • Manage tasks offline; sync resumes when available
  • Calendar access is optional, with no separate sign-in

Platforms

Quick-add a task, then fill in a project, due date, or repeating schedule when you need one.

  2. 2

    Block

Add a time block for when you'll do the work and see it beside your selected calendar events.

  3. 3
